Families have to face common challenges: Keep everyone engaged, maintaining a successful career or good grades at school, enjoying meaningful activities, keeping up with supportive groups of friends, taking care of elders,....and the list continues.
I have found that being EFFICIENT within the family and nurturing our ATTACHMENT is crucial. How? What if we spoke a common language? What if parents and children understood each other? What if we could face opportunities, challenges, and changes as ONE?
